Underwater World

The underwater environment in the fiords are some of the most intriguing and unique in the world.

While it is unusual to seperate underwater marine life from Flora & Fauna, we have chosen to do this because of the unique underwater environment that exists within the fiords, and also because of the wide range of underwater imagery that Destination Fiordland now has in its image libray.

If you wish to use any of the photographs or imagery within this page, please contact the Destination Fiordland office via email info@fiordland.org.nz to request permission, clearly stating the Ref No. of the image you are wishing to use and we will be able to advise if there are any copyright issues involved with the images stipulated.
