Te Anau is the main township in fiordland and has experienced significant growth in the last 10 years with many ewn subdivisions and exspansion in residential and commercial areas.
Manapouri is only 20 kilometres away from Te Anau, and like its close neighbour, has also experienced signifcant growth including a range of accommodation and actvities for the town, there is also a service station and two cafes. Manapouri is also the departure point for cruises to Doubtful Sound. |
