About Prospect Lodge

Prospect Lodge B&B is the stunning property run by Ross & Joan Cockburn formally of Mt Prospect High Country Homestay.  Situated high up on a ridge with north facing unsurpassed views over Lake Te Anau & Te Anau Township, and surrounded by farmland.

The Lodge has two super king ensuite guest rooms, with private terraces and lake and mountain views that take your breath away. Beautifully appointed and with every detail considered, the guest rooms provide luxury and comfort.  The outdoor seating area has an open fire and magnificent views.  Enjoy gourmet breakfasts and a complimentary Central Otago bottle of wine.
