About Lake2Lake Cycle Trail transfers - Fishjet NZ

The trail length is around 19km starting from the township of Te Anau, running alongside the lake then meets up with the upper Waiau River.  Someday soon this trail will be extended all the way to the beautiful Lake Manapouri but for now the trail ends at Balloon Loop, around half way down the river. 

A great way to experience the trail is to bike down and enjoy a jetboat journey back up river to experience the landscapes you have enjoyed looking at on the way down. Our custom designed bike rack makes the most of the space in the jet boat, so you can sit back in a comfy seat and enjoy a scenic ride along the river.
